feat(eav): 添加EAV值服务类实现属性值操作功能

- 实现了保存EAV属性值的方法，支持多种数据类型的存储
- 实现了获取EAV属性值的方法，根据后端类型返回对应值
- 实现了删除EAV属性值的方法，支持按实体和属性编码删除
- 添加了实体类型和属性验证逻辑
- 实现了基于backend_type的动态值字段映射机制
- 添加了日志记录用于调试和错误追踪
