chore(deps): 移除不必要的 ThinkPHP 扩展包

- 删除 think-migration 包依赖
- 删除 think-multi-app 包依赖
- 清理相关组件配置文件引用
- 更新自动加载文件排除已移除包
- 验证应用功能不受影响
- 提升项目依赖管理清晰度
